How do I get started?
Step #1 - Schedule a quick Discovery Call so we can learn more about your business and your needs.
Step #2 - If it is determined we are a good fit for your business needs, we will send you a proposal and invoice for you to review and sign.
Step #3 - As soon as we receive your signed contract and payment of the invoice, we will complete your onboarding and immediately get to work!
How does the pricing work?
Select a monthly plan based on the number of hours you need. Unused hours do not roll over; however, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
What happens if I don't use all of my hours?
We understand the importance of maximizing the value of your investment. That's why we work closely with our clients to ensure that your yours are used strategically and efficiently. Throughout the billing period, we regularly assess and plan our efforts to align with your priorities and goals. This proactive approach allows us to adjust our strategy as needed, ensuring that all allocated hours are utilized effectively by the end of the billing period. We're not able to roll over hours, but you may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. You will be billed on a month-to-month basis and can cancel at any time. Please note that your cancellation will go into effect the following month, and there will be no refunds or credits for unused hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/Debit Card or ACH/Bank Transfer
How will I communicate with my VA?
Everything is customized to our clients so you decide how you would like to communicate with your VA (ie. phone, text, e-mail.
Where are you located?
We are located in Texas; however, we are able to accommodate all time zones within the US.
Will my assistant sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
Protecting your intellectual property is important to us, so we are open to signing your company's NDA upon request. We also have a Confidentiality Clause included in our contracts for your protection.
